Empowering communities through humanitarian support.
Relief Action Network for IDPs and Refugees (RANIR) is dedicated to providing essential aid and support to displaced individuals and communities affected by conflict.
Our Mission and Vision
Relief Action Network for IDPs and Refugees (RANIR) is dedicated to providing humanitarian assistance to those affected by conflict in Myanmar. Established in July 2011, RANIR emerged in response to the renewed hostilities between the Myanmar Tatmadaw and the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Our organization focuses on delivering essential support to internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, and host communities, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Through collaboration and coordination among network members, we strive to enhance data collection, share vital information, and streamline operations to prevent service overlaps and address gaps in humanitarian aid. Our commitment is to foster resilience and recovery in the communities we serve.
